Joining the House of Lords administration in 2017, Rosanna is a senior parliamentary official specialising in select committee scrutiny. She worked for several years on UK-EU policy, including as National Parliament Representative to the EU. She had a year on secondment at the Behavioural Insights Team—also known as the ‘Nudge Unit’—and prior to joining the House of Lords, worked for a multinational investment bank. A forthcoming textbook on UK Parliament will feature Rosanna as a contributing author.
Rosanna enjoys playing and watching football and working for a charity she co-founded to support grassroots projects in the Black community.
She attended the Young Königswinter Conference in 2018 and is a member of the British-German Association.
