Sir Sebastian Wood, Britain’s Ambassador to Germany, took office in September 2015. Before his current posting, he served as British Ambassador to China from 2010 to 2015. Sir Sebastian joined the Foreign Office in 1983 after he studied Mathematics and Philosophy at Magdalen College, Oxford.
